
Challenge
When people think of Lithuania, they often imagine ancient, dense forests. Founded in 1913, Rūta wanted its new product line packaging to reflect this national image and the brand’s long-standing history.
Solution
We chose a deep green color symbolizing Lithuanian forests and design elements inspired by styles popular more than a century ago, subtly updated for today. A large logo is combined with a background silhouette of the Lithuanian map. Matte paper reinforces a natural, authentic feel, while gold foil details add a premium feel.
Results
The new packaging strengthened the product line’s identity by clearly communicating Lithuanian origin, quality, and heritage. It stands out on the shelf through its balance of vintage and modern design, attracting attention with elegance and authenticity.
