
Challenge
VIKTORIJA, one of the oldest cookie bakeries in Lithuania, operating since 1939, decided in 2018 to refresh its product appearance. Bold Brands was chosen to develop a new name, strategy, and packaging design.
Solution
The products were divided into two lines. The first — Traditional Cookies — a classic recipe line aimed at people aged 40–60 who typically choose 250 g packs or larger and value traditional baked goods. A kraft-paper background with bakery and field illustrations was used to evoke a sense of traditional craftsmanship. The second — Mini Oat Cookies — aimed at young people aged 16–35 and given an English name for export markets. A modern, playful design was created using the same kraft background supplemented with active lifestyle elements such as travel, study, and work.
Results
The packaging highlights flavors through ingredient illustrations, visually unifies both product lines, and successfully attracts their respective target audiences.
