Challenge

Sour beer is a true mastery of craftsmanship, standing out with vibrant flavor notes and sharp acidity. The craft beer market boldly experiments with both taste and design, but Sour Sour had to be even more distinctive—something you wouldn’t find on any bar counter or in a typical design gallery.

Solution

The core idea became ACID – vibrant colors and free, irregular lines reflecting acidity. Unexpected label cut-outs reveal a glossy black can surface, while the contrast between matte labels and glossy aluminum enhances the tactile difference between surfaces.
